Evaluating Your Risk Maturity
About
Corporations are facing an ever-evolving risk landscape and as these challenges grow, risk management programs will need to evolve to properly mitigate these risks. In 2017 MAPI embarked on a collaboration with Aon, a leading professional services firm that helps manufacturers identify and mitigate risk and volatility. The Aon Risk Maturity Index (RMI) was developed with The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and analyzes the ten key characteristics of risk maturity as well as the elements that impact those characteristics. Aon has used the RMI to assess the maturity of nearly 2,000 participants/organizations and has found that increased risk maturity reveals a positive relationship to improved financial performance. This webinar takes a deeper view of the MAPI cohort’s performance and findings, as they relate to the key tenets of risk maturity.
