Since 2002 when Robert joined Infor, he has supported multiple solutions, including CRM, marketing, e-commerce, ERP, business intelligence, supply chain optimization solutions, AI, and other advanced technologies. Prior to working in the software industry, he held multiple sales, product management, and marketing roles in the manufacturing and distribution industries. He is currently responsible for ensuring solutions within the customer experience suite are presented to their fullest potential and helping the product management team develop solutions that are relevant to our customers.
As a long-term member of the Infor OS team, Rick has led the strategy and execution of many products within the technology suite. Rick now has a focus on the innovation behind the Infor Coleman products including the Coleman Digital Assistant and the Coleman AI Platform.
