Justin Caron is the Assistant Vice President, Council Operations and the Council Director for the MAPI Sales and Shared Services Councils.

In addition to coordinating the MAPI Sales and Shared Services Councils he coordinates the development and implementation of all MAPI council programs, oversees the standardization of processes for annual strategic reviews and evaluations of councils, and provides guidance to staff and current members on the utilization and benefits of all newly created council programs. 

Caron has authored papers on Driving Down Costs and Improving Quality with Shared Services, Contingency Planning for Disaster Scenarios, The Measurement of Sales Force Effectiveness, Value Selling, and Sales Forecasting.  

He has been a contributor to the MAPI Issues in Brief series and has coordinated numerous shared services and sales benchmark surveys.

Caron previously served as a MAPI Sales Manager, as a Senior Sales Associate for the Corporate Executive Board, and as a Management Associate for Chevy Chase Financial.

He received his B.S. in Communications from Old Dominion University.
