REFUND POLICY:
Your credit card will be charged when your registration is received. To receive a full refund (Forum registration and reception fees, less a $100 processing fee), MAPI must be notified in writing of your cancellation by 4:00 p.m. on November 21, 2012. No cancellations received after this time will be refunded. In addition, confirmed registrants who fail to attend are not eligible for a refund.

Forum registrants are responsible for securing their own hotel accommodations.
