REFUND POLICY:
Your credit card will be charged when your registration is received. To receive a full refund (Forum registration and reception fees, less a $100 processing fee), MAPI must be notified in writing of your cancellation by 4:00 p.m. on November 21, 2012. No cancellations received after this time will be refunded. In addition, confirmed registrants who fail to attend are not eligible for a refund.

The rate will be honored three (3) days before/after the Forum dates, based on availability of the hotel at the time the reservation is made. To avoid a cancellation fee, hotel reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is noon.
