Building a Better e-Commerce Website

Today, MAPI members participated in a webinar on Building a Better eCommerce Website. Led by Brady Corporation’s Nina LoCicero, the presentation covered strategy and vision development, including how to preserve relationships with existing distribution partners while providing customers with innovative ways to conveniently purchase Brady products online. Nina also talked about research that Brady conducted to:

  • Understand key account and end user product specification behavior, product support requirements and buying preferences.
  • Identify current and expected distribution partner ecommerce activities and how a change in strategy would impact those relationships.
  • Understand current competitor activities and potential gaps in the marketplace.
