The member was particularly interested in whether firms were pursuing consolidated global travel programs. Within a week, MAPI conducted a targeted survey and analyzed the results. The survey and detailed report was sent to each Council member. According to the member, “the survey, with a great summary, saved us time and resources we could not spare.”
