The Manufacturers Alliance/MAPI, a leading business research and executive education organization, and advocate for manufacturing interests since 1933, recently announced the election of a new Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee, two additions to the Executive Committee, and three new members to its Board of Trustees.
Elected to a two-year term as the Chairman of the Executive Committee was Timothy H. Powers, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Hubbell Incorporated (Shelton, CT). Elected to a two-year term as Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee was Carlos M. Cardoso, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, Kennametal Inc. (Latrobe, PA).
Joining the Executive Committee will be John P. Ryan, President and Chief Executive Officer, Dresser, Inc. (Addison, TX), and Todd J. Teske, President and Chief Executive Officer, Briggs & Stratton Corporation (Wauwatosa, WI).

Elected as Trustees were:
Ronald D. Bullock, Chairman, Bison Gear and Engineering Corporation (St. Charles, IL), Anne Cooney, President, Drive Technologies, Siemens Industry, Inc. (Alpharetta, GA) and Sven Ruder, President and Chief Executive Officer, Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (Neumünster, Germany).
